Club soccer requires both commitment and dedication from both the youth player and the parents
Player Obligations:
- Having a positive (I can) attitude.
- Responsible for bringing your own equipment, ball, jerseys, warm-ups, training gear, etc.
- Being focused, on time, and ready to play / practice.
- Being respectful to your coaching staff, managers, teammates, parents, competitors, and referees while always encouraging each other in a positive manner.
Parent Obligations:
- Attending all mandatory and scheduled meetings.
- Accept team placement of your son/daughter.
- Support your athlete and coaches and not to interfere with their duties and decisions.
- Be a positive voice on the sidelines to your child, coaching staff, teammates, parents, competitors, and referees.
- To keep in good financial standing with the club.
Step #1
Acceptance or Rejection: Please email your acceptance or rejection in joining the UPPER 90 FC Family to info@upper90futbolclub.com by the date listed in your welcome email. Acceptance email needs to include the following:
Returning Player
- Player First and Last name
- Player Birth Year
- Player Gender
New Player
- Player First and Last name
- Player Birth Year
- Player Gender
- Top three jersey number choices in order of preference
- Once jersey numbers are assigned, we will email you confirmation.
NOTE: Do not order your uniforms till you receive your jersey number from the club registrar.
Step #2
Complete your online registration, pay your deposit, and setup your payment schedule.
- NOTE: If you are registering multiple siblings, registrations must be completed in the same registration session to receive the sibling discount. This applies to High School players as well.
- NOTE: If you are a Team Manager, be sure to email finance@upper90futbolclub.com to receive your discount code prior to completing your registration process.

YEARLY BASE FEES: 8 NON HIGH SCHOOL / 6 HIGH SCHOOL PAYMENT OPTION:
Fees are divided into a $200 deposit and 7 OR 5 installments with the $200 deposit to be collected online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. The remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT per the table below.

These are approximate payments. Amounts may change if your signup is past the first payment cycle. If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your SportsEngine account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
Yearly Base Fees include:
- League play for 6-8 games (depending on your league) each for fall (non high school) and spring
- 2 training sessions per week.
- Winter indoor session
- Preseason Camp (non high school)
Yearly Base Fees DO NOT include:
- Tournaments
- Will be an additional cost with an average of two per fall and spring seasons.
- Fees can range from $90 – $140 plus travel and hotel per event.
- Tournament fees will be charged to the SportsEngine account of the primary guardian (ie. the adult that registered the player). Tournaments are not optional, they are an expectation at the club level
- NPL/GLC/GLA Play
- Will be an additional $100 season (for qualifying teams)
- State Cup/US Club Ohio Cup
- Will be an additional $125 (for qualifying teams)
- College Showcase
- Will be an additional $120 – $140 per showcase
- You will receive an invoice/notice and will need to manually go into SportsEngine and pay these as they are not auto pay.
Sibling Discounts:
- 2nd child 20% discount off session fee
- 3rd child 25% discount off session fee (you will need register the 3rd athlete separate and contact finance@upper90futbolclub.com to receive a PROMO code.
- High School Players and Non HS players. If you are registering both, you will need to contact finance@upper90futbolclub.com to receive a PROMO code to use for one of the players. HS and Non HS players have to be registered in separate registrations.
- NOTE: Be sure to register your players at the same time in order to have this discount be applied.
Financial Notes:
- DO NOT hand payments to your coach or manager at any time.
- All billing and payments will be made through SportsEngine.
- Yearly Base Fees: The primary email address will be sent a notice 5 days prior to the agreed upon payment date. The fee will be withdrawn from the original source of payment used when registering your player(s) in SportsEngine.
- Non Yearly Base Fees will be invoiced through SportsEngine. You are required to make these payments prior to the due date or risk suspension of your player’s eligibility to play for UPPER 90 Futbol Club. You will need to manually go in and pay these in SportsEngine as they are not auto pay.
- Failure to fulfill your financial obligations will result in the suspension of your player’s eligibility to play for UPPER 90 Futbol Club.
- UPPER 90 FC will not process the transfer of a player from one club or team if that player is not current on their financial obligations.
Step #3
Order Club Uniforms and Gear from Macron Store. You will receive an email from the Macron after you complete your registration paperwork and place your deposit. It will come to the email address you have on file with SportsEngine. It is imperative to get uniforms ordered ASAP. The email will come directly from the Macron Store Connecticut customercare@teamuniformorders.com. Be sure to check your junk/spam filer for it as well.
