UPPER 90 FC Announces Bryan Wolanski as 7v7 and Youth Director
UPPER 90 FC is proud to announce the appointment of Bryan Wolanski as the club’s new 7v7 and Youth Director. Bringing more than a decade of experience in youth soccer development, Wolanski joins UPPER 90 FC with a proven track record of leadership in technical training, player development programming, and the creation of positive learning environments for young athletes.
Since beginning his coaching career in 2013, Wolanski has dedicated himself to developing players during the most influential stages of their soccer journey. His philosophy emphasizes technical excellence, confidence-building, and fostering a lifelong passion for the game through age-appropriate training and development.
Wolanski began his coaching career with Cleveland Soccer Academy Impact and Force Sports, now known as Cleveland Force. From 2013 to 2018, he served as a coach and technical trainer for players U12 and younger, helping young athletes establish strong technical foundations while cultivating a love for the sport.
In 2018, he joined the Rochester Lancers as the U12 and Below Boys Program Director. During his tenure, he also served as Supplemental Training Program Manager, overseeing player development initiatives and designing additional training opportunities for the club’s youngest age groups. His work focused on creating a structured developmental pathway that supported both individual growth and long-term player success.
Wolanski returned to Cleveland Force in 2021, where he served through 2025 as Supplemental Training Program Manager for U9-U12 boys while coaching multiple U10-U12 teams. During that time, he also spent six months as Training Manager for TOCA Football during the launch of the company’s Cleveland facilities, further expanding his expertise in innovative training methods and player development systems.
Most recently, Wolanski spent the 2025 season with the WNY Flash in Buffalo as the Boys Supplemental Programs Manager for U12 and younger. In addition to overseeing supplemental development programming, he coached U7-U9 boys teams and continued his commitment to providing meaningful developmental experiences for young players.
As 7v7 and Youth Director at UPPER 90 FC, Wolanski will oversee the club’s foundational age groups, helping shape the developmental experience for players, coaches, and families. He will lead curriculum implementation, coach mentorship, player development initiatives, and programming designed to support the club’s long-term vision and commitment to excellence.
“Bryan’s passion for youth development, extensive experience, and commitment to creating high-quality learning environments make him an outstanding addition to our club,” said Tony Csiszar. “His leadership and expertise will play a key role in strengthening our youth programs and providing our players with the best possible developmental experience.”
Please join us in welcoming Bryan Wolanski to UPPER 90 FC. We are excited for the impact he will have on our players, coaches, and families as we continue to build a culture centered on development, excellence, and a love for the game.
